Abstract

The article describes how to automate the preparation of production with the use of VERTICAL,

LOTSMAN: PLM and 1C:manufacturing in terms of production engineering. The possibility of

merging databases 1C:manufacturing and LOTSMAN: PLM, automated mapping process and

attaching them to the existing range of parts in the database 1C:manufacturing are also considered.

An analysis of the used parameters for the two databases is made. Typical tasks associated with the

ambiguity of the terms used in various software products are described. Problems of functional

coordination of two databases are revealed. Possible errors leading to failures in joint program

operation and affecting the correctness of the valuation of material costs and time for manufacturing

a unit of product as well as errors affecting proper planning of equipment workload are considered.
