Abstract

The influence of the introduction of the cored wire from steel 35В9Х3СФ carbon-fluorine

containing additives and nickel on the microstructure, microhardness, hardness and abrasive wear of

weld layers. It is shown that the use of nickel provides the grain refinement of austenite, the

dispersion of the needles of martensite promotes the formation of carbides dispersed structure,

which may have an impact on improving thermal rolls, increases the microhardness of martensite

and the hardness of the deposited steel, reduces abrasive wear of weld layers. Introduction to the

composition of the charge carbon-fluorine containing additives enhancing the properties of steel

surfaced: increased hardness and reduced abrasion of the deposited layer.
