Abstract
The paper addresses the axisymmetric thermolphysical problem of deep-hole drilling using the
proposed mathematical model of temperature calculation by the heat source method based on the
principles of space-time correspondence and local influence. The temperature in the tool-part
contact zone and the workpiece temperature distribution (temperature gradient) are calculated. The
adequacy of the proposed mathematical model is proved.
