Abstract
This article describes the features of the production of plating. These features define the
requirements that apply to automated electroplating lines. Now a days the job description of
galvanic lines often drawn by hand or with the use of some computer codes. Current methods of
calculation require clarification, especially when the work of multiprocess multistatement
automated galvanic lines is scheduled in terms of identifying zone of overlap of autooperators.
Usually the schedule is checked by the customer during assembly line at start-up operations. In the
article the algorithm of the program, which allows you to automate the calculations for selection of
the main and auxiliary equipment, as well as lead to a reduction in the complexity of engineering
design and commissioning works and eliminate errors in design.
