Abstract

The serial machinery use the optimal size of the party and the plant's annual production program

distribution figures for the planning period, the results of which are compiled detailed monthly

production program of workpiece, launch schedule and release lots of details, exploded-out

functional calendar schedule. In small-scale production it is advisable to take a lot size of parts

equal to the job change. The paper presents a method of determining the priority of launching

groups of parts in mechanical working during the shift. This grouping is based on details of their

assigned ESKD code, and the size of lots of groups corresponds to job change.
