Abstract
This article discusses the possibility of using hydraulic links with hydraulic drives stepper
motors in the executive bodies of machines, where the movement is strictly coordinated with each
other in a certain kinematic dependencies and build these relationships in a modular fashion based
on stepper hydraulic drive.
The kinematic chain composed of mechanical units are designed and manufactured individually
for each machine layout. Furthermore, the mechanical kinematic chains have significant
disadvantages: considerable length, low stiffness and unstable, leading to reduced accuracy.
