Выводы

1. Установлено, что наплавка с ВМП способствует увеличению объемной доли

игольчатого феррита, и уменьшению количества видманштеттова феррита в наплавленном

металле.

2. Показано, что значения микротвердости наплавленного металла и зон термического

влияния композиций, полученных с ВМП выше микротвердости композиций, полученных

без ВМП.

3. Выявлено, что наибольшей износостойкостью характеризуется наплавленный

металл, полученный с ВМП.
