Abstract

The work is devoted to the study of linear electromagnetic motor with an active gear area for the

electric drive of vibrokompressor. The presence of the active gear area provides high amplitude

values of the static traction characteristics without mechanical fixation of the end position of the

rotor and the use of complex control circuits. The correcting k1 coefficient considering a corner of

disclosure and number of couples of poles of the stator of the engine is offered. Research on change

of statement of the solution of a task in numerical experiment taking into account the correcting

coefficient is executed. It was established that in the calculation of the magnetic conductivity of air

gaps of the gear area, taking into account the maximum relative error of k1 values obtained does not

exceed 14%. The results can be used in the design of the electromagnetic linear motor with an

active gear area for the electric drive of vibrocompressor.
