Abstract

The work carried out engineering and technological research equipment for spraying and

surfacing of powder coatings. Highlight the advantages of surfacing before spraying. The results of

the modernization construction of the previously patented device for supersonic gas-powder

cladding coatings. The basic requirements to develop a device. Design gun SGPС accomplished by

modern software SolidWorks 2016. The technology of production of the main parts of the

modernized installation. Solved completely all the tasks. In addition, it presents a solution for quick

change of a Laval nozzle, as well as to simplify the assembly and disassembly process in the form

of a specialized key. On the basis of the data on the modern high-precision equipment manufactured

device for supersonic gas-powder cladding coatings. An algorithm for training and equipment

settings.
