Abstract
It is investigated the influence of mechanical activation on structural-phase state of the components
of the powder mixture composition of the Ti + Al under the influence of different doses of gamma-
irradiation. It was found that the change of the mode of γ-irradiation transforms the structural
condition of mechanically activated powder mixtures. It is discovered that by increasing doses of γ-
irradiation in a mechanically activated powder mixture takes place preferment of crystallinity of the
both components, parameters of the crystal lattices Ti and Al approximate to original size. In the
process of γ-irradiation decreases the internal stress while preserving the nano crystalline structure.
