Despite of the long history of the concrete`s using and a large amount of accumulated knowledge in

this field the concrete preparation is faced with a number of significant problems in practice. For example, it

is still actual the noted by U.A. Shtaermanom, necessity of the cement content reducing in the mixture to a

possible minimum. Another problem is the using of concrete in small microfillers. The using of fine sand in

the preparation of concrete mixes leads to a considerable consumption of cement and water. In this case the
